I wanna buy an automatic espresso machine for latte with a built-in grinder to my older parents. I'm looking at the Bellucci latte de luxe, do you have suggestions?

I want to buy an automatic espresso machine for mostly latte for my older parents. Something easy to use, small with a built-in grinder cause they have a small Kitchen. Around [1000$] Already looking at Bellucci latte de luxe. Any other suggestions ?
