VGA and Boot motherboard LEDs white and yellow, no display
Motherboard: Asus b650 tuf gaming
Cpu : AMD ryzen 5 7600
Ram : 2x8 corsair vengeance ddr5
Gpu: nvidia geforce gtx 1660
Psu: corsair cx 650m
Old motherboard was liquid damaged so got a new motherboard, ram, and cpu in old case. Turns on, but connected monitor shows check video cable. Peripherals light up.
Cmos reset, removing gpu, using motherboard vga slot and swapping monitor all attempted.
Device just sits there with the boot led yellow-green and the vga led white. Waited 20 min.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
