Rate of purging

Not sure if this will make sense. I can't tell if I'm beginning to purge or not. I haven't been the most consistent, but probably every other night of applying .025% cream for about a month. I'm getting some deep breakouts but I usually just deal with closed comedones/clogged pores. What I'm wondering is if it'll all purge at the same time? Or does it really vary? The breakouts started within a week of using a new sunscreen. The thing is that the breakouts aren't in spots I have the most clogged pores. I'm just curious and new to the tret game!

Anxiously waiting

My situationship is meeting up with their ex right now to discuss them potentially getting back together. They're confident it's going to happen, and said they'll let me know either way. So I'm just anxiously waiting. This isn't a person I want to date at all, and we're both very much on the same page with that. But I'll be sad to lose the connection and the companionship. Just wanted to vent on here.

I'm 2 weeks into using .025% tret cream. I haven't been the most consistent with applying but on average it's been every other night. No issues or irritation yet. My routine is this:

AM: Cleanse: cerave hydrating cleanser, serum: TO multi-peptide + HA, moisturizer: Vanicream daily facial moisturizer, SPF: skin1004 centella

PM: Cleanse: cerave hydrating cleanser, tretinoin once my skin is dry, then moisturizer

My skin has been LOVING the vanicream. I've honestly noticed a huge difference in how dehydrated my skin was looking. That said I want to incorporate a stronger moisturizer to use after tret. Again I haven't had any adverse reaction yet, I just know the vanicream is pretty light so I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation that's thicker.

Thank you!

I've been sleeping with this guy and the sex is great but for a few days after I'll feel so irritated, itchy, and burning. I got tested and everything came back negative, but I feel like something is up. He said the other day that I smelled and tasted bad and I said my body might just be reacting to him because he never mentined anything. Anyways, I'm familiar with boric acid, but I do feel pretty raw and irritated inside so I'm not sure. I do want some immediate relief
