Ever since Tommy ”Bones” Mercer could remember he was always racing something. As a kid racing bicycles up and down the street, then small dirt bikes, go karts and so on. He had gotten it all from his old man, Tommy’s father was an excellent driver, one who had gotten very connected with the different crews around the city and even the country to an extent. Tommy’s father had gotten quite wealthy from his racing and running of the city’s mechanic’s shop. Tommy had been glued to his dad from a young age, listening and learning all he could about tuning cars, modding them and so on. He knew it all, and he was hoping to race with or even against his dad in some mock races once he got a bit older, he had just turned 17 so he couldn’t drive properly yet.

That dream of a childhood bubble was popped and crushed in an instant when Tommy found his father dead in his shop, a rival street racing crew had killed him - Tommy never got to the bottom of why exactly, not before he too was framed and thrown in jail. First in juvie and then to a proper prison. A prison where he sat for around 6 years before getting released. Tommy didn’t do nothing else apart from heading straight to his dad’s old shop, HIS shop now I guess. He left jail with only the key to his dad’s shop and his phone. Once he got back to his shop, he had only a few goals in mind. First, build, tune and mod the fastest car the streets have ever seen, find the people who killed his father - and third, make sure people, and the streets remember the Mercer name.

A bit of a weird plot I have been wanting to try and play out for a while now. I kind of ”modeled” this prompt off of Need For Speed Unbound, it is the most recent racing game I have played and the tuning and modding of cars in that game is so sick and exactly the vibe I wanna go with in this rp too. No granted I do not know THAT much about cars but modded cars are VERY cool and I love the whole street racing theme, with cars that may look out of place amongst regular cars and stand out just as much, pushing as much horsepower and torque that they could rival some super cars..

Anyway, I was thinking this could take place in a fictional country / city that’s essentially the US but also not, does that make sense? I hope so.

A big questionmark is where do YOU fit in in this roleplay? Who is your character? Where did you come from? And most importantly, what car do you drive? All questions that can be discussed as well as ones I hope you bring answers to. Also references to your car that you will drive in the rp if you want!

Hendrik Thorian had been a noble in a time past, his family had owned their castle and the estate had been very lively and lush in its time. Their royal blood was in the very earth of this property and they had been ruling for what seemed like countless centuries. People in the village didn’t know, but they began to suspect something was off when the royal’s ruling them rarely showed themselves and as the peasants died off and their kids grew up to serve under the very same family as their parents and grandparents - eventually, the peasants had enough. They stormed the castle and a fight broke out, a fight that lasted for days. The Thorian family fought back with bloodlust and rage - they would not let these peasants and worthless commonfolk take their castle or their land. The Thorians were Vampires, a mix of a man and a monster - a bat, a shadow in the corner of a dark room - a tale parents tell their kids at bedtime. A being, an ancient entity that lived almost solely off of human blood and one that didn’t age, and they were enhanced in every possible way. They were superior to humans and they would never bend a knee to them.

Only, Hendrik was sealed away in the deep dungeons of their castle. One to continue their lineage - whenever he was unsealed, decades or even hundreds of years later… He would be sleeping - waiting for freedom.

And one day, it seemed that it was Hendrik’s time for freedom. \*You\* had decided to explore the abandoned Thorian castle. You were hoping to find maybe treasure, or just an adventure. Maybe you were running from someone? Why you were here didn’t matter. Only that you were.But what you found in the castle dungeons was what changed your life forever

A bit of a cliché prompt maybe but I really want to write out a vampire plot. Your character could of course be something other than a human as well, its very much up for discussion. If you have any questions please feel free to ask them and I will answer as quick as I can. This is set in a fantasy world, in a medieval time setting, like imagine Lord of the Rings-esque.
