A while ago a blade in one of my GPU fans broke and i replaced it (not with and original), ever since my GPU (Gigabyte Geforce 2060 6GB) has been acting up. I mainly play R6 and before the broken blade i used to have around 190 fps (pretty stable), now i barely get to 155/160 with drops to 120 or even lower, my settings in R6 use about 1.3 GB out of the 6GB in the card and temps while playing sit around 70°C (\~158°F), my CPU is working fine, the temps dont go over 55°C (\~131°F) so it doesnt make sense to me why my fps have dropped like this.

Do i have to replace the fans with a new set of original ones or is the problem something else?

On MSI Afterburner the GPU USAGE showed is always at the Max even if i just use the pc to watch a movie and then restart it. Even if i start the pc from scratch it sits at high values of usage
