Theyre both the same price but i dont know which one to go with.

It sometimes doesnt boot at all and it freezes in bios and safe mode. It doesnt fully freeze, i cant use my mouse and keyboard its fully frozen, but the clock in bios is still running. I tried memtest86 it didnt work it just froze. But i went up to 86 percent with no errors. Any help?
