Insomnia

I know Wellbutrin increases insomnia bc it increases adrenaline in your brain. But even at night when I’m not even stressing it’s like my brain stays on and just feels wired. I don’t have any physical signs of high adrenaline but it’s like my brain won’t turn off at night. Is there an adjustment period ? I have ADHD as well don’t know if that matters

Low resting heart rate

Does anyone experience super low resting heart rate? I notice it especially when waking up I feel like a zombie but even throughout the day it feels like my heart isn't pumping enough blood throughout my body. I have no energy and my skin looks dull I get dizzy when standing up to fast, if i excercises a little bit to intensely I feel like I'm going to pass out (Especially in the morning). I always thought it was an iron problem or bc I had good endurance but I think it's just bc of my adhd? I know dopamine and NE are involved in heart pumping and I'm definitely low on dopamine. What's weird is that when I get in a stressful situation my heart rate will jump super high and then go back down to being low. So i either have low lows or high highs but never in the middle lol. Can someone relate to this or explain why this happens physiologically?

Anyone have crazy brain fog and just feel stupid after waking up. I legit don’t feel like I’m alive the first 3 hours after waking up and don’t get anything done that requires more than an ounce of thought. Probably one of the most annoying symptoms of adhd.

Anything to lower excess glutamate without increasing GABA? I have adhd and anything that increases GABA makes me even more depressed and unmotivated. Is it possible to have excess glutamate but low dopamine?
