i need help with my pc cuz i have a tournament coming up

so its an 11hour story from today at 6am till now 5pm i still havent eaten anything anyways i cleaned my pc today morning cuz some ants were going on my desk i deep cleaned everything then my monitor glitched as shown in the first vid then i asked ppl and what i did is i updated my gpu then reseated my gpu and changed the display port for another one then i wanted to determine if it was a monitor issue or pc so using an hdmi cable i hooked up my brothers laptop to my monitor and it worked perfectly so i was confused i used the same hdmi cable to connect the monitor to my pc and it worked but i couldnt use my second monitor as the pc only has 1 spot to plug in an hdmi and my second monitor doesnt support a displayport so i was still trying to fix it and so i tried changing the frame rate to see if maybe the pc isnt refreshing fast enough and i was right anything under 60hz worked but after doing that i plugged in the display port instead of the hdmi and it broke just like in vid 2 so i restarted my pc and pressed f2 which shows the BIOS screen and i reseted everything to default hoping to fix the issue but it became even worse just like in vid 3 i also wanna note that this is a software issue if u see in vid 3 it works perfectly fine(except for the first second in the vid theres a bit of flickering) until i type in my password then it goes into this endless cycle of barely working then burning out and restarting

i dont want this suffering to go on any longer if anyone has any advice please help

sry if my explain is bad if u have any questions feel free to ask (´**ຶོρ༎ຶོ`) (i just wanted to use the emoji lwk) ******************************************

also yea i do really have a minecraft tournament in like 2 days

EDIT: my gpu isnt broken (i think) cuz i can run only my second monitor using an hdmi canble perfectly fine

SECOND EDIT IMPORTANT: i commented an image showing how i fucked up if anyone know how to fix that one first i would really apprieciate it

As you can see in the setting the pc thinks the second monitor is small u think its because its 1080p and the first is 4k and it thinks the pixel sizes are the same but the pixel sizes in the second monitor are bigger so it results in the cursor not where i expect it to go when switching between monitors does anyone know a fix?

also i just realized that moving the mouse from the top of the first monitor and it going down is fine because i have a smoothing option but it going down when coming from the second monitor is the issue
