Hello,

I recently installed a 5060TI in my pc I have Ryzen 7 9800X3d, and 32Gb of RAM. It seems to be particularly bad when playing DCS, every minute or so my game will stutter very badly, my GPU utilization goes to 0%, my RAM, CPU, and SSD utilization remain unchanged. And apart from those stutters the game runs at a smooth 120FPS, my VRAM is also not being fully used. My RAM and CPU uti stays at about 80% ish at temps far below thermal throttling. I have tried using DDU and reinstalling drivers as well as countless other "fixes".

Any help would be much appreciated
