Hi, i bought the subscription to meta verified about 4 days ago. I did the verification and i got the blue badge, however i bought it to get enanched assistance and even if i can access the meta verified center, when i click get help it takes me to a page that says the page is currently not availabe.

I tried updating instagram, logging out, clearing the cache, uninstalling the app and using mobile data but nothing. I dont know what to do I dont want to pay another month and not get what i paid for. Something i noticed is that i got the email with the receipt but not the one confirming the subscription, but i can access the meta verified control panel.

What should i do?
