I keep getting load library failed with error 87

It started popping up today after i updated my drivers n clicked factory reset n idk what to do to stop it

Everytime i try to play valorant it causes my screen to go black

I used to play valorant for long periods before but now Its like it disconnects the pc entirely n as u can see its like disconnected from the hdmi but it is connected and nothing is wrong with the cable, n i cant turn do anything but i can hear my friends still on discord, i have to force shutdown the pc by holding the power button, idk what to do it started happening randomly
