Arrival time
I've been doing Spark for 2 years now. Never once had a problem with my arrival time percentage dropping from around 99%. Now after the last big update I'm down to 95. When I get any order, shopping or pickup that says ASAP and I accept, it only gives me ONE OR TWO mins to get there! When before it was a decent time. I live in a very rural area. Most trips are easily 20-30 mins ONE way.
So why is it that orders that are ASAP are literally giving you less than 5 min to get there? I can understand an order that actually has a pickup time that hasn't passed yet. But this is BS! I'm not wasting an entire 20-30 min drive back to the ONE store in zone just to accept an order! At least with DD the app tracks how far away from the pickup spot the order you accept is vs how long it will take you to get there and adjusts the pickup time to that travel time! This is so unfair to rural drivers especially ones with only ONE store!😡
