Were they unbelievably stingy and unwilling to spend any money on anyone or anything, including children?

I just wonder, whether it's avoidance or just a personal trait

It was a total blindside two days before Christmas. I called him out on not acknowledging my daughter's birthday (he was living in my house) and he gave me the typical "it's not you, it's me" bs .

I wasn't asking for anything extravagant - a bar of chocolate would have done.

I've offered to work through things, but he's insisted on breaking up.

He wanted to stay for Christmas and a bit after, allegedly to "help out" to which I've informed him that I didn't need his charity and chucked him out.

This is the third time he's done something like this - every time he gets close, or I dare to say something that he doesn't like, he just ghosts or runs.

When he was leaving, he also made sure that he took all the Christmas presents his family sent for me and my children, honestly, what a 🤡

I can't believe I took that trash back so many times...

We haven't spoken since, I've blocked him on everything, however he seems to be popping up around places I frequent lately , just to run and hide when I see him. Wtf?
