Everytime I wake my PC up from sleep mode, I have to go into control panel and reload the current calibrations. It's so annoying. I've seen a few people deal with this problem, but I'm yet to find a solution that works for me.

I have a Windows 11 PC, the CPU is an i5-11400, the GPU is an AMD Radeon RX 6600, and it has 32GB of ram. If you need any more details, please let me know.
