Went from Being Bullied to Bullying my Bully.

48kg -> 90kg | 5’11 | 24M | 4 Years

This transformation took me around 4 years, but honestly, I was inconsistent for most of it. There were years where I trained seriously only 3–4 months in total. No perfect discipline, no crazy genetics, no secret routine. Just repeatedly getting back up after disappearing from the gym again and again.

Diet:
• Around 2600-3000 calories during the initial bulk phase
• Protein intake was roughly 1.5x my bodyweight (80–90g when I was around 50kg)
• Initially for 7 Weeks I Gained 1KG per Week.
• Main protein sources were eggs, chicken breast, and paneer
• Started taking creatine after completing around 1 year in the gym

Workout Split:
Push – Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Pull – Back, Biceps
Legs – Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
Barely did cardio honestly.
Rest day usually came after a complete full-body exhaustion phase.

Biggest Change:
People started respecting me more, but not just because I looked better. Confidence changes the way you exist around people. The discipline reflected outside the gym too, and people notice that.

Ironically, I feel like I’ve lost some of that discipline recently. Posting this partly to remind myself of the person I became once already.

I have developed a bit of belly now. I was perfect weight at 80-82. Now Extra weight is all fat. As I have struggled to get back into gym. As I’m busy working on the business or you can say it’s just an excuse as I don’t have that burn anymore.

(Yes, natural transformation.)
