My son turns three in two weeks. He is an amazing and happy boy. I never thought I would love motherhood so much. I love everything about it. I'm going through a brutal and painful divorce that I do not want and did not initiate. How do you accept that for the rest of your child's life you will not see them every day… And aside from that… You can't just see them when you wish her when you want, if you have a day you're done work early you can't just go pick them up from daycare early and take them for ice cream if it's not "your day." I'm dealing with a high conflict coparent and it has been very difficult despite the efforts I take to include him and encourage his involvement in 'our' lives. Tx you :)
