Both albums are different from each other as MB20’s YOSLY leans more pop-rock while Nickelback’s Silver Side Up leans more hard rock/post-grunge, but they both had ABSOLUTE HITS (but Matchbox 20’s album had much more hits).

But which album do you personally prefer and why? As much as I like Silver Side Up (as it leans more towards my personal taste in rock), I’m personally going with MB20’s YOSLY as it was stacked with so many Late-90’s pop-rock classics in Real World, 3 AM, Push, Back 2 Good and Damn (just to name a few) and is a great album front-to-back.

Both albums are landmark albums of the Early-90’s Grunge Movement and helped revolutionized rock in the Early-To-Mid-90’s, but which album do you personally prefer and why?

As much as I love Badmotorfinger, I’m personally going with Superunknown on this one because even if you take away the three big singles in Black Hole Sun, Spoonman and Fell On Black Days, you still have tracks like the title track, Limo Wreck, The Day I Tried To Live, 4th Of July Or Like Suicide.

Both are incredible albums though and Cornell’s vocals sound incredible on both.

Both albums are iconic debut albums and both albums are by far the best album from each perspective band…but which album do you personally prefer and why? And which band do you personally prefer and why?

I’m personally going with Pearl Jam’s Ten as I find it’s hit singles less overplayed as GNR’s hit singles from Appetite and I just personally like the deep cuts off of Ten more than the deep cuts off of Appetite, but that’s just me.

Both albums followed up massive landmark grunge releases and both albums had a lot to live up to and both albums were considered disappointing follow-up releases at the time of their release, but which album do you personally prefer and why?
