I have 700 mods active and a few hundred inactive... pls halp

I have a 2005 Saab 9-2x Aero with a 3.545 R160 which I am trying to rebuild. The 5mt seems pretty solid; However, the rear diff was chock full of glitter. I have most of the replacements for the innards already (bearings, retainers, shims, hardware, etc.) Where I have had difficulty is in sourcing the specs for pinion nut torque/preload and the particular length for pinion collar #2, which I learned come in variable lengths. I even paid to get access to a digital repair manual in hopes of getting the specs, but to no avail. Any information on this topic is appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.
