SOLVED—thank you!

I have a flat stockinette cardigan on my up-next list. I am trying different combinations of techniques to help with the rowing out. This swatch I changed every six rows or so. The first five were English throwing both knit and purl.

Is it just my imagination or do the last several rows look pretty good. Portuguese purl and continental knit.

Fingerweight cotton-super unforgiving but it is what I have for this project.

After a very painful and highly illegal accommodation process last year, that resulted in our head of HR being fired, our new HR team is supportive of me and my diagnosis and invited me to give a luncheon learn on neurodiversity in the workplace. I talked it through with my spouse and my therapist and I think I’m ready to take this on.

I really like the outline I’ve created and the accompanying slide deck. It is scheduled for the end of this month, and next week I give a walk-through presentation to the HR team as well as a couple of other people one of whom is my work Bestie, who I asked to be there to be a friendly face. Only a handful of people know my diagnosis even though I’ve worked there for over 15 years, and this will be an unmasking to the organization as a whole I’m hopeful but nervous.

I welcome any hype you have to offer. It is too late to back out so “this is a terrible idea” won’t be helpful 😊

Has anyone used hot glue on the bottom of toddler socks to help with gripping? Or have another tried and true method? My niece slipped on hardwood and hit her head. She’s okay, but I underestimated the importance of traction.
