TIFU by singing “Spice!”

So, I was in a Discord call with a friend when he jokes that I should sing the (horny) song “Spice!” on stream, and after our other friend left, I decided to pull the song up on my computer and sing along. I also decided to not half-ass it because the vibes are important or something, lol.

Cue both of us dying during the middle of the song because I never /speak sexy. The one previous time I did had us dying again. Still, it only got worse when I sang another song in a breathy/sexy voice (which most likely sounded bad in all honesty).

Of course, by the end of it, we were both wheezing and making weird jokes because that was the most WTF moment I’ve ever had in my entire life, I fear.

TL;DR: I ”killed” my friend by singing sexily, and now I’m still embarrassed and dying. In an honesty, it was also kinda funny, but I also wish I just…hadn’t done it.

I was rewatching Weirdo Book Club's video on Hunting Adeline again, and this part has always stuck out to me. This is from Adeline's POV, not Zade's, and I just think that we didn't need to go into that much detail about Sydney's appearance. I'm aware this book is a dark romance/erotica, but it just feels weirdly gross since both of these women are literally being trafficked.

Like, it could have just been "She's wearing a long nightgown that is nearly see-through, and I keep my eyes averted, trying to give her some semblance of respect I'm sure she's missing from the men in this house," and would have felt less odd.

Honestly, though, this whole book series is just poorly written and fits on this sub, IMO.

ETA: I forgot she also just...presses her breasts up to Adeline's???? Why??
