Looking for advice on how to deal with having a coldsore when my partner doesn't. Really don't want to give them to him.

Recently diagnosed with low DAO enzymes (7.5). I get facial flushing and itching when I eat high histamine foods.

Looking for a probiotic as I currently take Symprove which I know can be a histamine releaser.

Has anyone tried Klaire Labs Ther-Biotic Factor 1?

I wonder if there is a correlation between rosacea and other issues?

I also have PCOS and am likely to have hashimotos too. I feel like there must be a link between them all.

Feels very hard to try and tackle all three.
