Ultrasonic tooth cleaner - will it work?

Im struggling to find a hygienist / childcare to go to said hygienist. I’ve seen Ultra sonic tooth cleaners (Smile therapy is the one that pops up). Any ideas if it will work, ruin my teeth, or do nothing?
I don’t have bad tartar, but some gum recession as well…

NHS HR help - can they make me do a mediated talk even when the investigation found I hadn’t done anything wrong? England

Hi all,

I work in a small department for an NHS trust. I’ve been with the NHS over 10 years and this organisation more than 7. I was accused of racism and bullying, but the investigation found no evidence of either of these things. It has been “suggested” that the I and the person who made the accusations sit down for a mediated talk or enter into a behavioural contract.
I don’t want to do either of those things. As I’ve not done anything wrong, can they make me do this? It feels like punishment…

If this isn’t a legal question who should I ask 😅

EDIT:

Ok lots to think about here. Thank you for the input.

Someone raised the question of how honest I’m being with myself - this person made up some really horrendous racist things I supposedly said, that honestly I don’t think I could have made up. Not just dropping a slur (which I wouldn’t do) or them perceiving my actions as racism, outright lies.

Since the accusations were made I have been civil to them, including making limited small talk. I don’t have to collaborate or supervise/be supervised by this person.

However if it’s a case of not looking bad, then it sounds like meditation is the way to go.

My boy is 8 months old. There was a period at 5-8 weeks where he would only sleep if I wore him and marched around the neighbourhood, which was October/November in the UK so really unpleasant. He also would know if I had sat down or reclined slightly until he was about 4 months.

I’ve been working on reducing how much I rock him and adding in singing and patting, and really drawing on the idea he is “borrowing my calm” so when it’s time to wind down I just stay really chill. He’s just fallen asleep next to me with me singing occasionally and patting him a bit. I was barely touching him.

His sleep still kinda sucks, but getting him to sleep with minimal input is such a big win for me!
