My little one is seven months old now and while I have been working out at home, I feel ready to explore leaving her at the gym daycare care for 30 to 45 minutes a few times a week so I could actually lift in the gym which I very much miss. This is the first time she'd ever be in this type of situation, she's been at home with me or her dad, my husband, most of her life. Anyone have any tips on how to ease her into this? I'm thinking start with 10 minutes and just walk on the treadmill or do something small? Anyone have any experience here?

Just got prescribed the lowest dose (for the first 2 weeks) and Im so nervous to start? Really my goal isn't weight loss so much as body recomposition. I lift weights and have muscle and that's super important to me, I just really want the decrease in food noise and thoughts. Anyone have success maintaining a decent calorie intake (I maintain at 2300 with ~130g protein but I'm literally always thinking about food and am hungry - I could eat 3-4000 calories a day if I wasn't careful) without losing too much weight or strength?
