So this observation came after a day of house hunt in gurgaon. My brother came from Kolkata for an internship. He will be here only for 2 months.

So my idea is can we not partner with a lot of hotels and houses to offer short stays.

Normal flats aren't ready to give the space for a short duration.

The hotel will get profit plus occupancy and people who move to cities will get options that make sense

What margins do they enjoy. Thinking to start a side hustle in PC building and then reselling.

After the supply hit - the market demand has surged

Planning to get married soon but idk why Indian dads find my lifestyle problematic. I achieved FIRE number hence I am not actively working in a job. I don't smoke or drink.

I don't want to be a part of the never ending rat race chasing money. Rather I prefer spending quality time with loved ones, travelling to jaw dropping places around the world and taking care of health by working out.
