Bout the Room:

- It’s the smallest in the flat but the only one accessible to the balcony.

- Best Thing is there is no view obstruction, you get to see open clear view with the best sun to give you enough dopamine.

- The washroom is shared but not attached to the room but the person who will be sharing with you os literally the cleanest person so it goes well :)

- It has an attached wardrobe and small study space attached to the wardrobe.

- It is unfurnished.

- It’s a dual security intercom so safety is the best and a new building. Landlord is the attentive and least interfering & will invite you for their events and festivities :). Literally, any issues gets resolved in few hours.

Financials:

- Rent is 23,934 with maintenance for lift & building maintenance.

- Maid who cooks and cleans for 8000 for 3 people, so 2666 per person. Entertaining & is very accommodating, she will happily cook for any of your guest without even charging additional.

- The flat came unfurnished so we have Furlenco around 2000 per person in a month.

- Electricity normally never crosses 2000 per person rarely.

- Gas bill around 500-700 in a month divided by 3.

- Groceries we always take turns :)
