How do I delete 360 profile off of a series x when I can't get into a 360 game because it keeps spinning on "Getting your Xbox 360 info"?
Just like the title says, I'm trying to play a digital 360 game on my series x but I can't get past the getting info page. Research says I need to delete the profile while in a 360 game, but I can't get into any of my 360 games to do that.
