I like the taste overall but I’ve been liking the honey scented one more. Energy wise I’m not getting those mid day crashes anymore and I don’t have trouble falling asleep or needing melatonin like before. My heart doesn’t race as much during stress either which I’m really glad about.

Some of this is probably from quitting coffee completely but I can tell digestion and bloating improved a lot and that feels more directly from the tea.

I'm a teen in high school and I've been addicted to energy drinks for a while now, I've been having them once a week since 8th grade. Recently I've realized how bad that is for me and I'm throwing away lots of money every month because of it. I'm always walking to the gas station down the street to buy a monster or alani and buying them at my schools store and its hard to stop and idk what to do. I drink them to have energy to clean my house and I've been relying on them since it gives me energy to do so. Its not even the tastes or flavors, its the fact that it has caffeine. How do I stop? Can someone help me out or give some advice?
