Accidentally bought the starfield pc credits and need to exchange for the console version. Google and their support forum have been no help. Anyone have any ideas

So I bought minecraft on my xbox before 2022 where you got only bedrock edition now you also get java, could I claim java somewhere or do I have to buy that separately. I wanna play Minecraft on my MacBook so you can only use java.

I was checking for an update on a game this morning, Xbox said I had 8 available. I downloaded one update while waiting on the other update to drop. Nothing came and now it’s saying 0 updates and the game I was waiting on is telling me I need to update to play but there are no updates. 😅 Like, at all. I’ve turned it on and off and tried power cycling it and no updates at all are appearing.

Note: I'm on Series X + Gaming PC(RTX 4070 ti Super)

I'd love to get an Xbox Play Anywhere title since you're literally paying 1 fee for two copies of the game.

also,I have around $10-$15 in rewards so I'm mentally subtracting that from the total price.

Im asking which of these are the most "bang for your buck" in terms of Price and Content(length of game,is there worthy post game content?)

Cronos The New Dawn - $42

I see this is from the devs of SH2 remake ,which I loved and completed. I played the demo on steam,it gave me Silent Hill 2 Remake + RE2Make + Dead Space Remake vibes(wow that's a lot of remakes)

Silent Hill F - $35

as mentioned above I loved SH2R ,but I heard this is nothing like it,has janky combat,and the story is mid. but the graphics and atmosphere catch my eye.

Atomic Heart - $15

I played this when it came out on gamepass and was sad it left GP some time ago. I think I was 30% Into the story. I liked the gameplay,didn't really like the puzzles though tbh.

ARC Raiders - $32

I played the beta for about 2hrs. it was fun,but kinda frustrating..I'm not an extraction shooter,and my only experience with the genre is COD DMZ mode and Endgame in BO7. I also don't really have any online friends to play with,so how is this game for a solo player experience?

Disney Illusion Island - $18

I love platformers,and Disney. I know this game is aimed more towards children,so my question is is there a decent amount of difficulty? or is this game legit aimed at kids and is easy?

My game pass was renewed on the 24th March for the month, for the last couple of days ive been unable to play online or play my game pass games. Upon looking in my account it seems my Game Pass subscription has been cancelled somehow (not by me and there is only me with access to the payment method). Which is obviously a pain but not the end of the world.

The annoying thing is why has it been fully cancelled? Surely the 22.99 i paid on the 24th March would enable Game Pass till the 24th April?

We are trying to split screen halo and we just got headsets (turtle beach- recon spark)

I am very aware we’re sitting next to each other but with the headsets on we can’t hear each other speak, and for some reason even if we’re in a party our mics don’t work (it shows the thing light up as if we’re speaking but we cannot hear each other in our headsets)

Is this literally because Xbox is like you’re sitting next to eachother why do you need this or is this fixable

Guys, im new to this, kinda stupid even. My x box controller ellite series 2 LB kinda unresponsive so i open the cover up and deep clean with screen cleaner 🫣. Then after 30 minutes, i test the input and its input the LB repeatly even without tapping the button (don't know how to describe). i suspect maybe the liquid dont dry yet but im kinda too concerned to wait longer so, just might ask someone experienced here. or am i actually broke it?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this as it is mainly an issue with Xbox game bar.

The issue that I’m running into is that I mainly play with my Xbox friends when I’m on pc and I talk to them from the party chat function in Xbox game bar.

Yesterday, my usb microphone broke (that worked perfectly fine in game bar), and since I already have an audio interface (Scarlett 2i2) I figured I’d buy my first xlr microphone (AT 2040).

The problem is that the audio coming from my microphone doesn’t register in game bar. I’m able to select my audio interface in settings for party chat but my profile pic doesn’t light up when I talk and no one can hear me. The interesting thing is I also have my audio interface selected for outputting audio and it works just fine. Additionally the microphone works just fine in discord, sound recorder, and teams.

I’ve tried a bunch of the support tips online (repairing game bar / Xbox app) and I just got off the phone with Microsoft support for 2 hours.

The simple solution is definitely to just return the mic and get a new usb one but I was curious if anyone else had this problem and knew how to fix it.

So, as of now, I have a weird connection issue with my Elite Series 2 Controller. My Xbox One S doesn't recognizes any inputs from it, but the Controller is not blinking, like its disconnected. It doesn't even appear in the accesories app, so I can't update it. I have no issue with a old Controller and on my phone its working just fine. I had such an issue a few days ago already, but turning it off and on fixed it. This time it didn't, neither did it work with resyncing it. Wth is wrong with these things?

Started yesterday, game installs and updates are working slow, when downloading the speed shows normal for a minute or 2 then stops, no download speed showing. It will start up again after a couple of minutes but continues the cycle. Speed test on the xbox shows everything should be normal. No changes to our network, all other devices in the house working fine. Plenty of storage on the xbox. Internet is with starlink (for 4years no issues), Xbox series X. Wondering if the issue is on Microsofts end or my end?

Have tried, reboots on xbox and router, restarted updates.

I need help with the balanced mode for xbox series s not appearing, my display support 4k VRR at 60hz. I've tried 1080p and 1440p at 120hz, and the mode never appeared. I've seen that this was a known issue.

I set my console to home Xbox and from what I understand it’s supposed to make it so you can play gamepass games and owned content on a different account on the same console

It does not.

For example I payed money for among us on my normal account but I can’t access it on the other account without being signed in to the other one

What’s the point of home Xbox then I don’t understand
