Hey, people! I have been writing lyrics since I was 10 years old. I have had to really request my parents to get me some musical instruments and now as an adult, I finally saved up some money and got myself a guitar a while ago, but I do not know how to turn my lyrics into full-blown songs that I can post on social media. I am not that great at playing guitar. Just basic chords and strumming patterns and I have separate melody ideas that don't go well with chords that I play, for all I can hear. I have been taking vocal lessons for 6 months now (classical music) and I am 23 now. Sucks because I feel like my dream to have songwriting as my full-time job will never come true now.
