(Copying my post from r/Kodi because this sub doesn’t allow pics/vids so I can’t crosspost)

I just found my old Firestick and remembered that I had Kodi installed. The Firestick hadn’t been used in years and Kodi kept crashing when I tried to do anything, so I updated it from v17.6 to v21.3. However, when I opened the newly updated Kodi, I got this popup saying that all my add-ons are incompatible. Now the app is completely empty.

How do I fix this so I can get movies and stuff again? Should I go back a couple versions, install new add-ons (which ones?), etc. I have literally no idea how any of this works, it’s a miracle I even figured out how to update the app, so if you guys could help me out using VERY beginner language and specific instructions, that would be amazing. Thanks!

Recently I bought a bike and a weight tracking scale that includes a 1 month free trial of their ai “fitness coach” and meal tracking, and I just can’t seem to do anything right. Every meal I make or ask it about is “too high in fat”, has “way too little protein”, etc. Even meals it suggests as alternatives aren’t good enough.
I’ve also been trying to bike more often, but I haven’t noticed any changes in weight since then. I know it’s a gradual change and I won’t be noticing much for a while, but I literally gained 5 lbs the same weekend I biked 15 miles.
The advice I need is this: What should I be focusing my energy on? Should I focus on burning calories and buy a subscription to the Y next to my apartment, or keep putting all my effort into eating better meals? I’ve put so much energy into what I’ve been doing and it’s just not working. I’m exhausted. I don’t know if I can go to the Y every day while also trying to eat the perfect meals.
Speaking of perfect meals, as a side question, anybody have some easy meal suggestions?
