Two Paintings from One Pour! Double Dip Fluid Art that Anyone can Try

Double Dip Acrylic Pour | Fluid Art Technique | Acrylic Pouring Diptych
In this video I’m creating two paintings from one pour using a simple and satisfying Double Dip acrylic pouring technique.
https://youtu.be/nJSwOEQ8zLA?si=QhJAIVCf3iCgkLby
With just few puddles of fluid acrylic paint and two canvases, this technique creates a beautiful diptych painting where each canvas develops its own unique personality. I love this technique because it’s simple, surprising, and very satisfying to watch. When the canvases separate, you never know exactly what will appear — and that reveal is always magical.

Feathered Waves 💙 Acrylic Straight Pour + Double Wrecking Magic

This one feels like water in motion… soft, layered, and quietly powerful.
https://youtu.be/jwu3ZRt8PAg?si=H-wM7RaRnee8AdFD
In this video, I’m using a straight pour combined with double wrecking to create these flowing, feather-like wave effects. The movement builds gradually—first with the pour, then shaped and refined with two gentle passes through the paint.

When The colors stretch, the lines open, and the composition starts to feel like waves rolling through each other.
This palette of blues and greens brings a completely different mood—calmer, deeper, more meditative.

🎨 Let me know in the comments: does this feel more like ocean waves or feathers to you?

I went from painting at home to being featured live on FOX29 in the US

This moment honestly means a lot to me… I started painting just for myself at home, and seeing my work featured live on FOX29 in New Hope was something I never expected. If you’d like to follow my journey, I share more fluid art on my YouTube channel “Fiona Art”. Thank you for watching and for all the support.

Wild Bloom Magic 🌿 Double Dip Acrylic Pour Technique

In this video, I’m creating soft, organic flower-like forms using the double dip technique in acrylic pouring.
https://youtu.be/l44L4Yy-DtY?si=KknPQjiiO35Y-iJh
The process is simple—but the result always has a mind of its own. I pour paint on two canvases, press them together, and then separate them to reveal mirrored compositions. What makes this piece special is how the colors stretch and open into shapes that feel almost like blooming flowers or lush foliage.

Each dip tells a slightly different story—even when everything starts the same.

This technique is perfect if you enjoy a mix of control and surprise—where you guide the process, but still leave space for the unexpected.

👍 If you enjoyed this video, like, subscribe, and share—it really helps my channel grow.
