Is my cal deficit good? 17m

So I’ve recently lost around 80 pounds of fat from April 2025 to may 2026 and I believe I have another 20-30 pounds to go before I’m finished

Every day I do 1hr of swimming so 30-50 laps in a 25m pool then I do a hr of weight lifting in the gym and then I do 13,000-20,000 steps a day. I then eat like 2000-2200kcals so I’m in a 1000kcal+ deficit

Is this good for fat loss? I make sure I eat 140-180g to match my body weight as well and some carbs.

I don’t have a decline in my mood or energy and I never fail to get my exercises done and I don’t slack off either with cheat days or any of that I’ve stayed true to my exercise and calorie intake.

I need tips to deal with my anxiety

I’ve been trying to overcome my social anxiety but I’m not doing very well. In 2020 when I was like 10 I wasn’t socially anxious at all but I gained lots of fat in lockdown and in 2022-2024 my anxiety was bad.

When I started college at 16 instead of senior year I didn’t make any new friends and instead lost 80 pounds of fat and quit absolutely every bad habit I had like soda, screen time and got super into fitness.

Now in 2026 I feel like a completely different person both physically and mentally and I have absolutely no trouble speaking to adults and I enjoy it but when it comes to ppl my age I can’t approach them and I find it hard to bring out my words. What can I do to fix this I heard it isn’t the classic case of social anxiety as it’s only with people my age I don’t know well

I’ve been cutting for a year now. I used to be obese and 44% body fat but dropped 5-6 stone since April 2025 when I started. How long is it gonna take till I’m 17-20%bf?
