my boyfriend was ditched by his friends.
My boyfriend relocated from his birth place when he was around 16 or 17. He has been hanging out with his younger cousin and friends since then. He used to speak so highly of them and viewed em as his own brothers.
Lately, his family has been having some issues with the cousin’s family. Like they have been going around bad mouthing his family and excluding his father from the older cousin’s wedding invitation and all. Their dislike started when his father didn’t announce what he did with his gratuity fund lmao and when they didn’t invite anyone else when the purchased gold for his sister’s wedding.
Out of nowhere these guys stopped contacting him. They have been excluding him from hangouts and all. He tried waving at them when he saw them outside but they always ignored. He went to the wedding cause he was invited, even gave them money but when he tried initiating conversations with those boys and they kept ignoring him so he left early.
I get it, the cousin acting distant cause of his family but rest of his friends are acting the same. Like hanging out one day and pretending that he doesn’t exist the next day.
As if they are continuing the feud cause all their daddies are same.
He has been pretty hurt lately and these guys are spamming their stories with their hangouts intentionally.
I am there for him. But I can never replace the friends he has back home. He doesn’t even have a closure….
