The classic idea seems to be bulk and cut. I want my physique to look good while still building strength.

Am I missing out on powerlifting strength by lean bulking and only eating in a 100-200 calorie surplus? Should I just accept a bigger surplus and cut periodically?

I dropped from 205lbs to 180lbs and my bench has gone down from 275 to 265 even though my triceps are bigger and stronger now. (Always fail on lock out)

After running PPL and UL I’ve noticed my neural drive and strength suffering. How often do you guys deload and how do you go about it? When I feel this fatigue is it counterproductive to keep lifting like usual?

I was making my best strength gains on bench when that was all I thought about. How do you manage increasing all lifts at the same time, it feels like I need to focus on just one or two at a time. As ive started trying to increase stength in pullups squat DL bench and OHP it feels like strength has plateaued.

I train to failure or 0-1 RIR every set. Maybe this is a problem? Typically 2-4 working sets per lift.

I had one fail after 3 sessions. I suspect sand/water caused the issue. I am getting the replacement soon, but want to get a case to avoid the issue this time. Which case should I get? I have it in the orange floaty, but remember the fit being snug. Will the waterproof protective housing from GoPro's website fit in the floaty?

THANK YOU!
