Built Pc in 2024– now my fps have nearly halved and I don’t understand why

in 2024 i decided to build my own computer and it went really well! i had great fps with no drops at all. as time as gone on especially very recently my frames have dropped like crazy in games. i have my system optimized to the lowest graphics and ive changed my 3d settings with nvidia

is there a way to fix this? my specs are as followed ASUS rog strix z790-a, i9-14900K, 4070 super, 32gb 6000MHz ddr5 ram, 980 pro ssd and a 1000w power supply

i used to get 400 fps on games and its nearly halved and isn’t stable at all. idk if i need new thermal paste or something, the idle temps have been a little bit higher but they’re still in a good range especially since i turned on xmp. i checked and my cpu isn’t throttling so i have no clue what’s going on

any advice is appreciated i really want to get the way it used to run back thank you 🥹

i haven’t had a period in 6 months and my ferritin came back at 14, my total iron is 111 my iron binding capacity is 447 and my saturation is 25. i brought this up with my doctor and she said since im not bleeding and having a period currently my ferritin is fine, in range and doesn’t correlate with that and isn’t something to treat or worry about. is that true? will raising my ferritin help me get my period back or is it something else causing this since i heard that low ferritin actually causes heavy periods and i haven’t had one in a while. i’ve already eliminated pcos my tsh is slightly elevated (4) but i’ve heard it can be from low ferritin and my vitamin d is 11. id really like to get my period back but the advice from doctors hasn’t been really helpful as they blame it on stress so i was hoping maybe ferritin had something to do with it 😞

Earlier this week I took a road trip with my tesla where I purchased FSD for the second and decided to try it. The last time I had tried it, it went into oncoming traffic in a construction zone which I could understand because it was during a turn and it was going very slowly so it was an easy fix but this time I bought it, i’m genuinely scared. It did fine on the highways and after merging off to try to get to a charger was a two lane road and then at the next light the left lane was turn only aka the lane I was in and the right kept going straight. I saw this but my car just kept going and would’ve ended up in oncoming traffic and smashed into the car across from me going 45 mph if I didn’t disengage, it made it halfway in the intersection before I got it to stop. Another time I merged off the highway (texas u turn) and during the u-turn my car slammed the brakes and then came to a complete stop. If someone was behind me I would’ve gotten rear ended. I was pretty shaken after both of these things and had to pull off and stop driving for a bit. it’s really hard to prevent accidents when you have a few seconds to prevent your car from driving itself into oncoming traffic. is there a way to fix this? I know hw3 isn’t as advanced and I understand that but this seems really dangerous especially since in certain situations the time to react and disengage the car is merely seconds and you’re never expecting your car to go into oncoming traffic at 45 mph. and I also get FSD isn’t perfect and it’s not unsupervised and these are things you need to be watching out for but i’m like scared to let it drive itself on regular roads cause it was really frightening 😭

2024 tsh: 3.4 free t4: .88 (antibodies were negative here)

march 2026 tsh: 5.9 didn't get anything else tested

april 2026: tsh: 4.44 free t4: 1.3 free t3: 3.9 vitamin d:11 ferritin: 16 (haven’t gotten antibodies back yet)

i’m just a little confused since i see a lot of people saying hypo and hashi causes low vitamin d and ferritin but could it be that low vitamin d is causing my elevated tsh since my t3 and t4 are normal. I haven’t gotten my antibodies back yet but is this a normal way for hashi to present itself? my grandma has it so im just really worried cause ive had some stressful things happen months prior, (the test in march was when i was under some stress and my most recent one i was feeling way better) plus my low vitamin d makes me nervous i triggered it 😞 should i be pushing my doctor for levo or fix these vitamin levels first cause i feel horrible and i just want to feel better

can someone help me understand these results

2024 tsh: 3.4 free t4: .88

march 2026 tsh: 5.9 didn’t get anything else tested

april 2026: tsh: 4.44 free t4: 1.3 free t3: 3.9

i just don’t get how my t4 is even higher than when my tsh was “normal” and my t3 is normal yet my tsh is still high. is this signs of hashimotos? it runs in the family

i also have low vit d (11 🥲) and low ferritin
