I've noticed this pattern multiple times: When I'm on a solid NoFap/semen retention streak, I feel like I have a strong aura/energy around me. People seem to respect me more, treat me better, notice me, and I carry myself with more confidence.

But as soon as I relapse and ejaculate, that aura completely disappears. People suddenly don't respect me the same way, I feel like I have bad/low energy, and my presence feels weaker. It almost feels like others can sense that I've "lost" something.

Has anyone else experienced this? What’s the real reason behind it? Is it just psychological (placebo, confidence crash, shame), or is there something deeper with energy/hormones?

Would love honest explanations.
