I want some clarification on this subject and DAW codes in the pharmacy. My first question is, is there a site or resource that explicitly states what is an actually brand and what is a branded generic, or are we supposed to just memorize and know this info? Some are easy, like Symbicort is brand and Breyna is branded-generic.

Secondly, if an insurance rejects and wants brand, we can bill as DAW9 with annotation stating that. But in instances where there is a shortage of generic from the marketplace (like recently with estradiol patches), can we bill as DAW8 for a branded-generic, or do we just leave it as DAW0 since its not a full on actual brand? Like Dotti for example… would that be DAW0 or DAW8?

Thank you.

I’m probably making this more difficult than it needs to be. I’ve had two jobs the last 5-6 years and I’ve never really changed anything on my W4. I’m single with no dependents (so I claim zero non-exempt I think?). Am I good to have it like this on both my W4 forms or am I missing something? Nothing bad has happened yet, and I’m pretty sure since I’m single and claim zero I can’t really do much else. So am I good?

Hey guys! Both my controllers now on the right analog stick no longer click, meaning I can no longer crouch or lay down playing games. I can still look around, it’s just specifically the clicking action that’s not working. Can this be fixed or should I just get new controllers? Thank you.

Took a lot of patience, persistence, and hope, but finally got a LPT RPh position with Costco. Any insight, tips, or things I should know? I have orientation in a few weeks. I feel so happy, like there is light at the end of the tunnel. The pay is straight up like $20/hr more than what I’m currently making which is insane. TIA.
