









I’m on a cut that’s, week number 2 been over 115.4kg, and lost a lot of weight through the years, and gained some of it back and then lost a lot of it then gained, but never reached this type of body (like muscle definition wise), I’m 185cm, 85-86kg the cut for 10-12 weeks down to 75kg, reaching that will make me 12-14%body fat right?
I do have abs (4packs) in a good lighting..
when you’re around 20-21% body fat, can you/ and for how long can you lose 1.25/1.1kg of pure fat per week?
(I know some of it will be water/muscle)
Considering the fact that you train and eat+sleep well, with a diet that’s 💯 accurate..
