I am not a realtor but happy to work with you if you have the property I’m looking for, or directly with the landlord, so instead of spamming realtors on WhatsApp I thought let’s allow my Reddit DM’s to get flooded with realtors😂

I am looking for R2EE or R2MB layout. The rest are too small I am not a fan.

The Valley I am looking for a good deal. ( not unreasonable but I know lots of handovers coming to the market, and in general it is slower May-June-July and I’m ready to put a deposit right away and close very quick)

Please send over what you have! I hate hunting for rent so I’m trying to make this a quick deal for the both of us
