Please help me. My brand new bambino plus [Machine] is not working. I purchased it on William sonoma online and won’t allow me to return idk what to do. The machine was working perfectly and all of a sudden it would release all the pressure and steam from the drip tray. Even without the porta filter it wont even run water through the machine without it crashing its about 1 in 4 chance of it working. Ive wasted a lot of expensive coffee beans as well trying to test why it was not dispensing properly. Any advice is welcome. In the united states purchase was 3 months a go but i only began using it like 10 days ago i make 2 coffees a day and it was working really well best coffee i have ever had until it began having issues.

Thinking about buying another one. Maybe some raw. Thoughts?
