I recently got a BT smart hub 3 and after plugging in the power supply to the wall it is green and then starts flashing orange and does not stop I looked it up and it said that I need to plug it into a phone line, but my house does not have a phone line. I also bought a TV box pro from EE and ChatGPT tells me that I can plug the smart hob into the TV box and it will work but it still flashes orange and when I try and connect it it cancels halfway through saying unable to connect. Do I need a phone line??
