86,000 miles, OTD $13,000 including titling and state sales tax for registering, in Chicago area, interior and exterior look great; worried about the rust

91,000 miles. Any advice? I just bought a 2014 corolla with 76,000 miles for $13k but i had to return it due to never receiving the title but i got all my money back. Got this one listed for $16k but i got it down to $15k OTD, is this a bad deal compared to my previous one or better? Any advice?
