Moving
I am moving at the beginning of August from CT to FL. I need to offload all my inventory because I can’t take it with me.
My question is, has anyone moved to a new state and has to completely start over with brand new inventory? Right now I make about 3k a month in profit. How long did it take to get back into a regular rhythm and routine? I am scared the stores won’t be as good in Florida and I won’t be able to find much. I have been a few times to Florida gw’s and they were really bad.

Pretty crappy buyer. Ruined my Varley sweater and put a giant hole in the sleeve. Told Poshmark that she received it this way and they approved her return. I guarantee that she’ll get her money back. What’s wrong with people?

Looking to make a potential move to CC this summer.
I have an 11 and 6 year old. Looking for family friendly neighborhoods (HOA preferred) that have nice amenities for families. Something with a pool, a clubhouse, constant activities occasional events, etc.
Please tell me the pros and cons about living there. Want to be centrally located to shopping and main parts of the town.
