Why is feminist communities online 99% talk about men?

Isnt feminism a movement for womens rights? I noticed that every community almost always talks about how trash and how toxic men are, I mean lets assume that today there is no equal basic rights**(even though thats wrong),** is talking about the men in this system helpful? Or they should talk about the system itself?

Thats quite confusing to me, and many white knights are agreeing with them, yet they ignore those white knights and go for "toxic" men.

what is the best side treatment? ketoconazole, microneedling, or tretenoin? my opinion below

hi since I have some free time decided to do this little topic and navigate each one of those, so I will be ranking based on 5 factors (long term safety, cost and convenience, effiecacy in treating hairloss, benifits outside hairloss, special trait for each one) and I will say what am using.

microneedling:

1-no current studies on lifetime usage so its not suggested for long term use.

2-cheap(please dont buy fake ones), and convenience depends on the length and way of usage but generally not that painful.

3-it boosts absorption and increase skin activity, but doesnt turn a non-responder to a responder.

4-increased collagen production, skin cell activity.

5-very helpful for scars

ketoconazole:

1-safe for long term if not overused

2-doesnt cost much and not so convenient unless you have some hair conditioner.

3-very small boost, not worth it.

4-anti fungal.

5-treatment works for dooming dandruff.

tretenoin(my favorite):

1-safe for long term use

2- also cheap but convenience depends, sometimes you will need a moisturizer and sunscreen.

3-boosts absorption, increases activity, increases sulfate transferase activity

4-good for acne, have anti aging skin properties.

5-the only med that could turn a minoxidil non-responder to a responder.

finally, I use all three personally, I would advice microneedling for the first months for that initial boost, but not forever, and ketoconazole if you have dandruff, and tretenoin forever because its benifits for skin are amazing but put in mind that you will need moisturizer and sunscreen on days of application, and you should give it a go if youre a non responder.

Fellow men, how do you feel about you or your wife having friends with the opposite gender outside of work/study places?
