I've been away from OLD for a bit but am slowing considering starting up again. I like maybe 3 of the pictures I have but am slowing fixing that over time. Prompts though I've been playing with and would like some feedback on what works and what doesn't. I'm not too sold on the second one. I like the idea of a "together we could" without it being generic and tried to play off of dating app cliches but it feels flat to me.

I go crazy for: Chocolate covered frozen fruit, fantasy/scifi dystopias, the first coffee when it smells like rain or the ocean, and that post-workout feeling.

servus. Ich bin seit drei Jahren nach München gezogen. Damals mit meiner Freundin. Es war ein bissel schwer, eine Wohnung zu finden, aber relativ schnell hatten wir eine 85qm Wohnung gefunden, die nicht überteuert war (doch aber ihr versteht) und sich relativ zentral befindet. Vor zwei Jahren sind wir leider getrennt und sie ist ausgezogen. Es hat ungefähr drei Monate gedauert, dass sie ihre eigene Wohnung finden konnte, aber sie hat es geschafft und sie war auch (München) preismäßig, aber nicht so zentral.

Damals hatte ich auch versucht, eine Tauschwohnung zu finden, aber habe aufgegeben, weil die Angebote immer Leute waren, die aufs Land wohnten und nach München umziehen möchten. Geil, ich wollte bestimmt ein 200qm Haus als Single Dude mieten. Also dachte ich, ich werde heute immobilienscout24 angucken und Männer, WTF? Ich bezahle schon €21qm warm (€17qm wenn der angebaute Keller zählt) und aktuell kann ich nicht irgendetwas für den Preis finden.

Ja, ich bin nicht dumm. Es wird teurer, aber ehrlich, wer hier kann €25qm leisten? 3 Zimmer im Maxvorstadt für €2500 KALT? Ich BIN ein Topverdiener oder so dachte ich. Packen sich etwa fünf Schüler wie Sardinen in diese Räume? Sind all Ärtze? Ein Drittel meines Netto würde ~2k; gilt diese Regel jetzt nicht mehr?
