Hello everyone! I've come to this reddit looking for any advice on whether or not modding my mp3 player is possible or not as I've been struggling to find any advice or places to begin looking!
My mp3 player is an Oilsky A55 MP3 Player and I was gifted it by a friend, and while I do like it I really want to customize it. However I can't find anything online on how to do so. It could just be me, I struggle to work with google now that it will literally give me everything but what I'm looking for, but I just want to see if its possible and this subreddit seemed like a place to at least get a lead through.
Some extra info on the specs:
- It has two headphone jacks, one for normal audio and the other for its built in fm radio
- Though in my experience it doesn't really matter which jack you plug the headphones into if you're just listening to the music
- It has 124 GB of internal space and an sd card slot to add more
- It has Bluetooth 5.3
- The manual says it has HiFi sound quality
- It can play AMV/AMI files and read txt files (for some reason)
- And can format jpgs
I'm honestly not sure why it can read txt files, my friend told me that I could read books and listen to music on it which is nice but I'm more interested in using it as an music player, especially as I'm trying to move away from Spotify and Soundcloud.
