Hi guys,

I have started a business that looks at optimising inventory stock for e-commerce business. What’s the best way for me to out reach and get clients. I’m currently offering free inventory reports to show how they can improve their inventory practises. I’m just struggling to get replies via cold emailing right now (sent about 50 emails to online stores) any suggestions? Thanks

Hi guys,

Before I go all in into my business idea, can you give me ur honest opinion.

My business is helping me commerce stores optimise their inventory by giving an audited report on how to improve and reduce stock out and excessive stock holding by giving them actionable steps for a real ROI.

If I gain transaction from that, I am looking at maybe developing a SaaS that instead of giving a one off report will be constantly running proving insight and ideas on how to best optimise their specific ecommerce store.

Be real with me, is this idea worth it or is this space too croweded or is there something else that’s not going to work with it !?

Hey guys,

I’m starting a business that helps ecommerce stores optimise their inventory by offering audit reports to help reduce stock outs and excessive stock holding. I have done the effort and analysis that I know will effectively help ecommerce. However, the problem I’m having is trying to convince clients / ecommerce stores about how this solution would save them money and time. I am new so have no existing clients. How are some ways I can get exposure / convince clients that my service is worth it?
Thanks

I have started a ecommerce store recently but have been running into massive issues with my inventory, I have been thinking about getting a company (charging me around $300 AUD) to do a full audit report on my inventory to help me prevent having stock outs and holding excessive stock also helping me with my reordering points! I am scared to spend this type of money but I want to know if you guys thing something like this is worth it !?

Thanks.

Hi guys,

I run a service based business that analyses ecommerce inventory data to identify:

- Slow-moving stock that’s affecting profit

- Opportunites to improve stock turnover and margins

- Optimised procedures to prevent stock run outs and excessive inventory

I am not trying to sell my services, however I’m tying to get feedback from people that run online businesses with inventory if these are challenges you typically face!? It so either leave a comment under this post or message me. I am trying to offer free inevntory health reports to show the value of optimised inventory systems. Furthermore, if you think this is useless and not valuable please also leave a comment as this type of feedback is valuable as well to me.

Thanks for your time guys!
