I love Overwatch but I wish anyone spoke in team chat. Every game is just nothing but silence. Only reason I even open MR, it’s toxic most of the time but at least people talk. If my Genji makes a big play I’m hyping them up game chat to myself lol. Why does no one ever talk?
I’m 18, live at home with my parents. Been working on to save and move out. My mom asked me to start paying rent, sure. Knowing her, had an awful suspicion that none of it was going to bills because that’s my dad’s thing and he never asked me for a dime. I buy my own food, take care of myself and all. Even didn’t complain when I had a trip with friends coming up that I had been saving for, for months and she spiked the rent for that 1 month just to screw me for my trip.
But today, it all comes full damn circle. She comes in to my room in a kind and nice manor that she never has towards me her own daughter and shows me a new iPad my dad bought her and tells me it was paid for with my rent money. Not bills, a fucking iPad. 5 months of rent I’ve paid and bought a fucking iPad. I could’ve moved out by now with that money, I could’ve be closer to getting myself a car but no I bought a fucking iPad
