Unsure how to determine my activity levels for my new TDEE after losing around 20kg and the weight loss has gotten slower

Hi everyone, just for some context, I’ve lost about 20kg this year (86kg-66kg) as a 24M and im almost at my target weight. However i’m having issues losing this last few kg and the weight loss has slowed down a lot. Hence, i wanna calculate my new daily tdee to gauge how much I can eat but now im unsure what to input as my activity levels. I work a sedentary job, but im clocking about 7000-8000 steps a day excluding cardio, while doing weight training 5 times a week and 40 mins of incline treadmill walks about 4 times a week. Some people say that unless you’re getting more than 10k steps a day you’re sedentary but at the same time i’m working out and hitting cardio relatively regularly so now I can’t exactly determine my activity levels to try and lose my last few kgs

Are Mizuno Waverider 10s or Asics Kayano 14 good for flat feet?

Hello everyone, I was thinking of getting myself new sneakers for myself and I have really flat feet so standing for extended periods of time can really hurt my feet🥲 I was considering getting the one of the above 2 shoes or maybe Salomon’s but i’m not sure if any of them are good for my flat feet. Does anyone have other recommendations?

I’m planning to get Megidoloan to replace Megidola and possibly Null Nuke. Im also not sure if I should bring in Psy Amp also to strengthen my technical damage from Psycho Blast. I was also thinking of replacing Gastly Wail with Magic Ability since it’s basically a toss up between the 3 status ailments.This is my first playthrough so any advice would be very much appreciated
