Unsure how to determine my activity levels for my new TDEE after losing around 20kg and the weight loss has gotten slower
Hi everyone, just for some context, I’ve lost about 20kg this year (86kg-66kg) as a 24M and im almost at my target weight. However i’m having issues losing this last few kg and the weight loss has slowed down a lot. Hence, i wanna calculate my new daily tdee to gauge how much I can eat but now im unsure what to input as my activity levels. I work a sedentary job, but im clocking about 7000-8000 steps a day excluding cardio, while doing weight training 5 times a week and 40 mins of incline treadmill walks about 4 times a week. Some people say that unless you’re getting more than 10k steps a day you’re sedentary but at the same time i’m working out and hitting cardio relatively regularly so now I can’t exactly determine my activity levels to try and lose my last few kgs
