
How’s my biceps for 6 months of gym 21M,6’2, weight before 67 now 83kgs…
Diet I am taking is in breakfast I eat roti sabji, lunch I again roti sabji(4 roti),in evening drink a shake that has 2 banana ,400ml milk , flax seeds ,pumpkin seeds, dry fruits mix ,mix berries,peanut butter ,oats,in night i eat 4 eggs daal chawal and sometimes chicken,then at night again i drink a shake with whey and milk 300ml….
My workout split
Monday: chest biceps
Tuesday: back triceps
Wednesday: shoulder legs forearms
Thursday: chest biceps
Friday : back triceps
Saturday : legs ,shoulder forearms
It took 6 months and i am currently bulking
